The benchmark index S&P BSE 500 opened today at 26,823.97 and made its day high at 26,920.73 and it is trading in the green, up by more than 0.27%.

Shares of TV18 Broadcast Ltd were trading today with an up move by more than 9.46% on BSE. The scrip closed on Tuesday at Rs 39.34 and opened on Wednesday at Rs 38.15 a piece. Shares touched their day high today at Rs 44 after the surge. The 52-week high of the stock stood at Rs 45.20, whereas the 52-week low is at Rs 27.35. Presently, the promoters are holding 60.40%, whereas the FIIs and DIIs combine holding is 10.17% and the Public holds around 29.43%, respectively.   

Another top player today is Finolex Cables Ltd. Shares were trading today with an up move by more than 7.83% on BSE today. The stock opened today at Rs 896.75 a piece and today Finolex Cables Ltd hit a fresh 52-week high at Rs 980, whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 393.60. Presently, the promoters are holding a 35.92% stake in the company whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 26.82% and 37.27%, respectively.

Yesterday the shares closed at Rs 73.34 a piece. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 149, whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 49.80. Currently, the promoters are holding about 74.36% stake in the company, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 2.08% and 23.56%, respectively.
