ACME Solar Holdings announced its financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2024.
For H1FY25, the company reported a total revenue of ₹635 crore, marking a 5.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase, while Q2FY25 saw a revenue of ₹295 crore, up 7.4% YoY.
EBITDA for the first half stood at ₹558 crore, reflecting a 4.8% YoY rise, and Q2FY25 EBITDA was ₹256 crore, an increase of 3.7% YoY. The company maintained a healthy EBITDA margin of approximately 88%.
Cash PAT for H1FY25 rose by 10.6% YoY to ₹152 crore, with Q2FY25 reporting a significant 75.4% YoY increase in Cash PAT to ₹75 crore.
PAT for Q2FY25 stood at ₹15 crore, a significant improvement compared to ₹1 crore in Q1FY25 on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis.
The company’s total portfolio now includes 6,720 MW, comprising 2,540 MW of operational projects and 4,180 MW of under-construction (UC) projects across solar, wind, FDRE, and hybrid projects.
ACME Solar has been actively expanding its capacity, having won multiple projects with a combined capacity of 1,350 MW in FY25, and contracted with central off-takers like SECI, NTPC, and SJVN, bringing its total order book to 4,180 MW.
On November 26, 2024, ACME Solar share price opened at ₹247.00, down from its previous close of ₹258.00. At 10:47 AM, the share price of ACME Solar Holdings was trading at ₹251.40, down by 2.56%.
