Arihant Academy Ltd, one of Mumbai’s leading coaching institutes for SSC, ICSE, CBSE, Science & Commerce, has announced a strategic acquisition of a majority stake in ZEAL Academy, renowned for its exceptional coaching in IIT-JEE and NEET. The acquisition is valued at Rs 17 crore and positions Arihant to further strengthen its foothold in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by expanding its offerings to students aiming for competitive exams in science and engineering fields.

Share price of Arihant Academy has gained about 90% on YTD basis. In the last three months, the share price has surged over 50%. 

Enhancing Educational Offerings Through Collaboration

The integration of ZEAL Academy’s specialized IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET coaching expertise with Arihant’s well-established foundation in Science and Commerce creates a synergistic approach to education. This collaboration allows students to benefit from the best of both worlds—high-quality infrastructure and educational standards from both institutes.

STEM students will now have the opportunity to pursue comprehensive academic support across all grade levels, making the pathway from Class 8 through Class 12 smoother and more cohesive. With this acquisition, Arihant Academy also expands its presence to Navi Mumbai, enabling access to a wider student base.
