AxisCades Technologies Ltd. (ACTL), a renowned technology solutions provider, has initiated a strategic restructuring of its defence-focused subsidiaries—Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and AxisCades Aerospace & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ACAT). This move reflects ACTL’s ambition to strengthen its presence in the defence and hypergrowth sectors, aligning operations with evolving market demands. The process, initiated in Q3 FY25, is expected to conclude by Q4 FY25. ACAT’s operations will be integrated into Mistral while retaining ACAT as an entity to leverage critical defence contracts.

Mistral plans to operate globally, leveraging its US locations in Silicon Valley and Dallas. This strategy aims to consolidate its platform services and expand its offerings in AI-driven solutions.
