AXISCADES’ Subsidiary Mistral Solutions Wins Defennovation Award

Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a globally renowned technology design and systems engineering company under the AXISCADES umbrella, has secured the coveted Defennovation Award 2024 for Excellence in Research and Development (SME) presented by ELCINA. This recognition celebrates Mistral’s unwavering commitment to advancing R&D within the defence sector and fortifying India’s self-reliance in this vital domain.

ELCINA established the Defennovation Awards in 2018 to honour exceptional contributions in strategic electronics, encompassing R&D, design, and manufacturing. This year, a distinguished committee comprised of industry leaders nominated several outstanding organisations, meticulously evaluating their merits before reaching a unanimous verdict. Mistral’s recognition stems from its contributions to the DRDO-designed ARUDHRA RADAR, an indigenously developed rotating active phased array multi-function 4D RADAR system capable of autonomous detection and tracking of diverse aerial targets, ranging from slow-moving objects to combat aircraft.

This prestigious award empowers AXISCADES to solidify its position and further propel advancements in India’s defence technology landscape through its integrated solutions for the strategic electronics and defence sectors.
