Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), a prominent Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) known for manufacturing heavy equipment in the rail, metro, and defence sectors, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL).
