It is owned by the Government of India, with administrative control by the Ministry of Heavy Industries. The PSU company has received its Q4 FY 2023-24 results today after market hours.

The PSU Company Bhel Limited’s total income for this quarter has remained flat on a year-on-year basis and the profit after tax has shown a fall of 25.6% in Q4 FY 2023-24 from Q4 FY 2022-23. While on EBITDA basis margins have contracted to 8.8%.

The company has also declared a dividend of Rs.0.25 per share.
