Brigade Enterprises Increasing Launch of Pipeline: Acquired New Land Parcel

On May 23, 2024, one of the leading real estate developers, Brigade Enterprises Limited, announced in an exchange filing that it has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a residential project spread across 6.9 acres with a total development potential of around 0.8 Mn Sq Ft and a Gross Development Value of ₹720 crore.

The company enjoys a healthy pipeline of new launches of around 12.61 Mn Sft in Residential across Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The land is situated in the upscale Old Madras Road district and faces the lake, the company continued. The project’s primary unique selling point is its close proximity to micro-markets like Whitefield and Indiranagar, along with its excellent accessibility to other key areas of the city. Brigade’s unique design, dedication to sustainability, and provision of modern facilities will all be in keeping with the project.

The business had already signed a definitive contract for a land parcel on Bengaluru’s Old Madras Road. The residential project, which spans 4.6 acres, has a gross development value of ₹660 Cr. Its overall development potential is estimated to be around 0.69 million square feet.

The new project will be planned in accordance with the Brigade’s dedication to creating excellent, environmentally friendly spaces in Bengaluru’s changing urban environment. In addition, Old Madras Road is a rapidly developing residential area with excellent connections, upgraded infrastructure, and fresh construction plans.
