Brigade Enterprises Limited Signed Agreement To Develop Office Space

On April 03, 2024, a real estate developer in South India, Brigade Enterprises Limited, entered a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with United Oxygen Company Private Limited to develop a ‘Grade A’ office space on ITPL Road, Whitefield in East Bengaluru. The company added that the project will have a leasable area of 3.0 L sq. ft. and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹340 crore.

In recent years, the company has witnessed increasing tenancy enquiries, which is an indication of improving corporate sentiments.
