Brigade Group Expands Workspace Portfolio with BuzzWorks in Hyderabad

Brigade Group has introduced its premium flexible and managed workspace solution, BuzzWorks, in Hyderabad, located at Auro Orbit in HITECH City. 

The new workspace spans a floor area of 25,000 sq. ft., offering 416 desks along with meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. This latest expansion aligns with Brigade Group’s strategic goal to reach 1 million sq. ft. of flexible office space by FY26, catering to the dynamic needs of modern enterprises.

BuzzWorks at Auro Orbit is designed around an innovative ‘Urban Forest’ theme, combining cutting-edge technology with elements of nature to foster creativity, well-being, and sustainability. The workspace features a layout that encourages fluid movement, maximises natural light, and minimises energy consumption. It also incorporates advanced technology solutions, such as wireless access control, visitor management, and AI-powered smart space systems, including energy management tools that align with the latest workplace trends.

The company stated that sustainability is a major focus of the design, with eco-friendly materials and plant life integrated into the interiors. The use of birch plywood ensures longevity, while indoor plants like Fiddle Leaf Fig and Broken Heart improve air quality. Additionally, carpets made from recycled nylon offer both durability and environmental responsibility.

The workspace also includes recreational facilities, such as foosball, table tennis, and a gaming zone, enhancing the work-life balance. Located on the 18th floor, BuzzWorks provides impressive city views, making it an ideal environment for professionals seeking a modern, flexible office space.
