Brigade Group Launches Cobalt Tower Near Kempegowda International Airport

Brigade Enterprises Limited announced through a stock exchange filing the launch of a new residential tower, Cobalt, within its sprawling 50-acre township, Brigade El Dorado, located in the KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru. The entire project spans approximately 6.1 million square feet and includes residential, shopping, wellness, and entertainment facilities. The new tower features 948 one-bedroom apartments, with an estimated revenue potential of over ₹400 crores.

The company stated that the project is designed to blend modern living with the tranquillity of natural surroundings and boasts more than 40 acres of open spaces with lush greenery and picturesque landscaping.

Expected to be completed by Q2 FY 29, Cobalt is part of the comprehensive Brigade El Dorado, offering residents access to more than 80 amenities such as a hospital, central park, multiplex, and sports and retail facilities. The development is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and is near various commercial establishments, IT parks, and the forthcoming airport metro. The area is known for its clean, wide roads, scenic greenery, and excellent infrastructure.
