Cellecor Gadgets Limited has announced a collaboration with EPACK Durable Private Limited to expand its air conditioner manufacturing capacity. This partnership is expected to support Cellecor’s efforts to cater to the growing consumer demand for energy-efficient and premium air conditioners in the country.
EPACK Durable, an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), will manufacture a range of Cellecor-branded air conditioners. These units will include 1-ton, 1.5-ton, and 1.8-ton models, featuring advanced cooling, energy-efficient systems, and designs tailored for Indian households.
The manufacturing will leverage EPACK Durable’s vertically integrated facilities and experience in producing high-performance appliances. Known for its focus on innovative R&D and customisation, EPACK has been operating in the living appliances segment for over two decades.
The partnership aligns with the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, emphasising locally manufactured products. Through this collaboration, Cellecor aims to deliver high-quality air conditioners while boosting its market presence in India’s consumer electronics space.
Cellecor’s stock reacted positively to the announcement, rising by 2.56% to ₹64.00 on Wednesday. Year-to-date, the company’s shares have gained 98.57%, and the all-time increase stands at 595.65%. This shows Cellecor’s positioning in the consumer electronics market. At 1:20 PM, shares of Epack Durable Ltd were trading at ₹483.90, down by ₹8.55 or 1.74% for the day, while showing a year-to-date gain of 133.09%.
The new range of air conditioners will focus on energy efficiency and durability, incorporating cooling technology and different designs. EPACK’s state-of-the-art facilities are expected to play a role in the production process, ensuring the quality of the appliances meets the evolving needs of Indian consumers.
This partnership between Cellecor and EPACK Durable is poised to upgrade Cellecor’s product offerings in the air conditioner segment.
