CFF Fluid Control Limited (CFF), a leading Indian engineering company, has secured two significant contracts that solidify its position within the country’s defence and shipbuilding industries. These contracts highlight CFF’s expertise in manufacturing critical components for naval applications.

Securing Essential Spares for Material Organisation

The first contract involves procuring spare parts for the P75 Project by the Material Organisation (MO), a department within the Indian Ministry of Defence. With a value of approximately ₹10.46 Crores (including tax), CFF will be responsible for supplying critical spare parts required for this strategic project. The delivery of these spares is expected to be completed by January 2025, ensuring the timely fulfilment of the contract.

Equipping Future Submarines with Advanced Sonar Technology

The second contract, awarded by Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE), showcases CFF’s capabilities in supplying sophisticated technology for modern warships. Valued at approximately Rs. 266.94 Crores (including tax), this contract entails the procurement of Low-Frequency Variable Depth Sonar (LFVDS) systems for Yard 3029-3034 (ASW SWC). LFVDS technology plays a vital role in underwater detection and surveillance, enhancing the anti-submarine warfare (ASW) capabilities of these next-generation vessels. The delivery of these advanced sonar systems is anticipated by June 2032.

Looking Ahead

These contracts awarded to CFF Fluid Control demonstrate the growing demand for their expertise in the Indian defence sector. Their ability to deliver both essential spares and cutting-edge technology positions them as a key partner for the country’s maritime security endeavours.
