Godrej Properties Achieves ₹2,000 Crore Sales with Godrej Jardinia Launch in Noida

On May 23, 2024, Godrej Properties announced in an exchange filing that the company has sold approximately 650 homes worth more than ₹2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Jardinia.

Godrej Jardinia, situated in Sector 146, Noida, was launched in May 2024. Based on the value of sales achieved, this development marks Godrej Properties’ most successful launch in Noida to date.

Following the success of Godrej Tropical Isle in the same sector last year, Godrej Jardinia represents another significant launch for Godrej Properties in the Noida market, surpassing ₹2000 crore in sales. This is the fourth launch in the NCR region to exceed ₹2000 crore in sales over the past four quarters.

Sector 146 is a well-known upcoming residential area in Noida. It provides access to high-quality social and commercial infrastructure, such as the Noida SEZ, Film City, and many entertainment hubs. The area provides good connectivity to the upcoming Jewar Airport, as well as to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and the metro station.

In Q4 FY 2024, Godrej Properties sold more than 5,000 homes worth ₹9,500 crore. The company’s bookings grew 135% Year over Year in the quarter ended March 2024. In FY 2024, Godrej Properties’ bookings increased 84% Year over Year to more than ₹22,500 crore.
