On July 31, 2024, Godrej Properties Limited announced the acquisition of a ~46-acre land parcel in Indore, marking a significant expansion in its real estate portfolio.

This strategic acquisition is poised to cater to the growing demand for residential real estate in the city. The land, situated just off the Indore-Ujjain Road, is in a prime location that is set to become a major residential and commercial hub.

The development on this site will primarily focus on plotted residential units, offering an estimated saleable area of approximately 1.16 million square feet. The Indore-Ujjain Road, a major upcoming corridor, is expected to be widened to a 6-lane highway, enhancing connectivity and accessibility. Additionally, the location is well-connected to crucial landmarks, including the Indore International Airport, Indore Junction railway station, educational institutions, and medical facilities.
