On January 15, 2025, Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd announced a strategic collaboration with Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam to develop generative AI (GenAI) solutions aimed at enhancing organisational productivity and operational efficiency.

This collaboration is part of Happiest Minds’ GenAI business services (GBS) initiative, through which the IT firm worked closely with Coca-Cola’s strategic team during a discovery phase to understand the business needs and design tailored solutions.

Tackling Operational Inefficiencies

Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam identified 2 key areas where technological transformation could significantly improve business operations. The first challenge involved addressing inefficiencies resulting from fragmented policy information scattered across multiple documents, which hindered employee productivity and decision-making.

The second challenge was optimising the monitoring of cooler return on investment (ROI) nationwide. This required simplifying the process for sales representatives and asset managers by integrating data from multiple systems to offer actionable insights.

GenAI-Powered Solutions for HR and ROI Monitoring

Happiest Minds leveraged GenAI bots powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and open-source components to develop solutions for the identified challenges. These solutions included a conversational interface that would cater to 2 critical business requirements. The first is a GenAI-enabled HR assistant designed to enhance HR processes, and the second is a cooler productivity monitoring system integrated with GenAI for real-time actionable insights.

The conversational interface allows users to access comprehensive information through a single interface and engage in natural language conversations with underlying data. By incorporating GenAI technology, this solution enhances the user experience, enabling seamless interaction with data and facilitating more intuitive and efficient workflows.

Boosting Employee Productivity and Engagement

The GenAI solution promises significant operational benefits for Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam. According to Happiest Minds, the implementation will automate tasks and streamline processes, effectively reducing the manual workload.

Additionally, it is expected to boost employee satisfaction and engagement, leading to increased productivity across the organisation. The enhanced GenAI-enabled systems will provide sales representatives and asset managers with a more productive and intuitive user experience, driving better HR enablement and support.
