The latest dedicated facility is located at HCLTech’s Noida campus, designed to help customers explore, pilot, and scale innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to specific industry needs. The initiative extends to HCLTech’s AI & Cloud Native Lab in London, offering customers further opportunities to test and deploy AI solutions.

“This AI Lab represents our ongoing commitment and a 12-year partnership with ServiceNow, aimed at empowering clients through simulated environments that promote the early adoption and expansion of GenAI capabilities,” stated Jagadeshwar Gattu, President of Digital Foundation Services at HCLTech.
