Unicommerce Esolutions Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with Bright Lifecare Private Limited, the omnichannel retailer behind the brand HealthKart.

HealthKart has adopted Unicommerce’s leading e-commerce enablement SaaS platform to enhance its supply chain management. This collaboration aims to streamline order processing and fulfilment for HealthKart’s nutritional products, which are sold under brand names such as MuscleBlaze, Gritzo, and HK Vitals, through its website and multiple marketplaces.

The company stated that HealthKart will utilise Unicommerce’s Multi-channel Order Management and Warehouse Management Solutions to automate these processes. Additionally, HealthKart will implement Unicommerce’s Seller Management Panel, allowing over 400 sellers on its marketplace to fulfil orders directly from their respective locations. This system expands HealthKart’s product catalogue by integrating a wider range of sellers and vendors, driving sales growth while reducing fulfilment costs and resources by leveraging direct shipments from sellers.

By leveraging Unicommerce’s full suite of technology solutions, HealthKart is optimising various facets of its e-commerce operations, underscoring the growing role of technology in business efficiency.

Commenting on this collaboration, the Senior Vice President at HealthKart, Siddharth Jain, said, “We are a newage brand with technology at our core. As the demand for health and fitness products continues to grow among Indian consumers, we are focused on embedding best-in-class technology solutions to enhance the experience and efficiency for our buyers, vendors and other users.”

As of Q1 2025, Unicommerce supports over 3,600 clients, including D2C brands, retail, and e-commerce companies, as well as logistics providers. With more than 250 technology and partner integrations, the company manages an annual transaction run rate of 850+ million order items, overseeing over 8,300 warehouses and more than 2,950 omni-enabled stores across various regions.
