The new offerings include:  

1. 1 Gbps Small Form Factor 4G/5G Backhauling Radio- This compact device promises exceptional spectral and power efficiency.  
2. 2 Gbps Energy-Efficient Point-to-Multipoint Rural Connectivity UBR – Designed to deliver high-speed connectivity to multiple rural locations from a single point.

These UBR products, designed in India, reinforce HFCL’s position as a leader in 4G/5G wireless backhauling and rural connectivity solutions. They offer fiber-like speeds and power efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings on utilities and tower space. By using HFCL’s UBRs, telecom operators and service providers can reduce both CAPEX and OPEX, as these devices provide superior performance and high reliability at nearly one-tenth the cost of traditional backhauling methods, such as fiber optics, microwave systems, and E-band radios.

1 Gbps Small Form Factor UBR: Compact Powerhouse

The 1 Gbps UBR boasts a portable design with an integrated antenna, facilitating easy transport and installation. Its small form factor is ideal for rapid deployment in both urban and rural settings. Advanced features like bandwidth aggregation, low latency, minimized jitter, and long-range capabilities make it perfect for 4G and 5G backhauling. 2 Gbps Point-to-Multipoint UBR: Energy Efficient and Scalable

The 2 Gbps UBR is designed for remote villages, providing point-to-multipoint connectivity from a Gram Panchayat to multiple locations. This solution is particularly effective for extensive deployments in rural areas, enabling high-bandwidth delivery simultaneously to several villages from a single fiber point of presence (PoP). 

HFCL has achieved a significant milestone with over 500,000 successful UBR deployments across key markets, including India, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
