Infosys, a leading global technology services provider, and Proximus, Belgium’s largest telecommunications company, have announced a strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation for businesses and consumers.

The collaboration will leverage Proximus’s industry-leading communications and digital identity solutions, including Route Mobile’s CPaaS and Telesign’s DI, to enhance Infosys’ digital services. Together, they will focus on:

  • Omnichannel Customer Engagement: Delivering seamless and personalised experiences across various channels.
  • AI-Powered Digital Assistants: Providing intelligent and efficient customer support.
  • Enhanced Digital Security: Ensuring secure and reliable online interactions through robust fraud protection and identity verification.

By combining their expertise, Infosys and Proximus aim to drive innovation, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen their market positions in Belgium and beyond.
