Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has announced a significant order win of 87 MW from Continuum Green Energy Private Ltd (Continuum), a leading player in the renewables sector.

Order Details

This repeat order from Continuum Green Energy Private Ltd is for IWL’s advanced 3 MW Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), which will be installed on an end-to-end turnkey basis.

In addition to turbine supply, IWL will also provide multi-year operations and maintenance (O&M) services post-commissioning.

The project will be executed across the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan, contributing to IWL’s already impressive order book, which has surpassed 3.4 GW, its highest-ever level. With this order, the cumulative orders from Continuum to IWL reach approximately 700 MW.

Commenting on the achievement, the Group CEO of Inox Wind Ltd, Mr Kailash Tarachandani, stated, “We are delighted to announce yet another order from Continuum, an esteemed customer with whom we enjoy a very strong partnership. Our state-of-the-art 3 MW turbines and our exceptional turnkey wind capabilities continue to be strongly preferred by project developers. While our order book is the highest ever, we are witnessing strong demand from customers across the spectrum as most developers are now working on hybrid/round-the-clock / FDRE solutions, comprising a high proportion of wind capacity.”

H1 FY 2025 Performance Highlights

In the first half of FY25, IWL secured around 1.2 GW of orders across a diverse mix of customers, including Public Sector Units (PSUs), Independent Power Producers (IPPs), and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients. As the company continues to negotiate additional orders, it targets 2 GW of execution by FY 2027, indicating its strong growth trajectory and the increasing demand for wind energy solutions.
