The shares of Insolation Energy Limited witnessed a significant surge today. The stock commenced trading at Rs 342.35, marking a 5% increase compared to the previous day’s closing price of Rs 326.05. During the intraday session, the stock exhibited a remarkable 5% surge accompanied by significant trading volume. 

If we observe the historical data, the stock has hit back-to-back upper circuits for the last five trading sessions, including today, as well as reaching new 52-week highs during the same period.  

As of writing this article the shares of the company are up by Rs 16.30 or 5% and are trading at Rs 342.35 each on the BSE. 

The stock’s 52-week high and low are Rs 342.35 and Rs 72.55, respectively. Possessing a market capitalization of Rs 713 crore, the stock has showcased outstanding performance in recent periods, yielding a remarkable 34% return in just one week and an impressive 168% return in the past three months.

In FY23, the Company’s revenue from operations experienced an increase of 29.76% YoY, going from Rs 215 crore to Rs 279 crore. The operating profit of the company grew from Rs 14 crore to Rs 18 crore, the operating profit stood at 7%.   

Whereas the net profit of the company amounts to Rs 11 crore against Rs 7 crore in FY22, the net profit margins stood at 4% in FY23. 

The company’s return on capital employed (ROCE) and return on equity (ROE) are at 31% and 48%, respectively. The Book value of the company is Rs 25 which means the stock is trading at Price to book value of 13.7 times in the market, whereas the price-to-earnings ratio is 67 times.

Insolation Energy Ltd incorporated in 2015is engaged in the business of manufacturing high-efficiency solar panels and modules of various sizes. The company’s 200 MW SPV Module manufacturing unit is in Jaipur, spread over an area of more than 60,000 square feet, and equipped with the latest machinery.
