Acquisition of Slurry Pipeline

The board of JSW Infrastructure Ltd. has approved the acquisition of a 30 MTPA under-construction slurry pipeline project from JSW Utkal Ltd. for Rs 1,700 crore. The pipeline, designed to transport iron ore from Nuagaon mines to Jagatsinghpur in Odisha, is a critical component of the company’s end-to-end logistic solution. This transaction, detailed in an exchange filing, is pending approval from shareholders and other regulatory bodies. Long-term Agreement with JSW Steel
