KBC Global Ltd (formerly Karda Construction Ltd) has announced the commencement of a new project in Deolali, Nashik. This new venture spans 31,998 sq. ft. and will include six commercial and 22 residential units. The project aims to enhance local infrastructure and further KBC Global’s commitment to Nashik’s real estate development.
In September 2024, KBC Global successfully handed over 13 units across several projects. Since April 2024, the company has completed the handover of more than 135 residential and commercial units. Key projects like Hari Kunj Mayflower and Hari Krishna Phase IV contributed significantly to this achievement, reinforcing KBC’s reputation for delivering on time.
KBC Global continues its international expansion with a $12.5 million project in Liberia. The company’s subsidiary, KBC International Ltd, signed an MOU with the Liberia Special Economic Zone Authority to develop residential, commercial, and low-cost housing projects. Groundbreaking is expected in Q2 2025, marking KBC’s growing footprint in Africa.
KBC’s international efforts began earlier in 2024 with a $20 million civil engineering contract in collaboration with CRJE (East Africa) Ltd, further establishing the company in global markets. These partnerships not only boost KBC’s market presence but also open new avenues for future ventures.
In September 2024, KBC strengthened its financial position by fulfilling key payment obligations to Capri Global Capital Ltd. This financial responsibility, coupled with strategic leadership under newly appointed CEO Mr. Muthusubramanian Hariharan, positions KBC for continued success.
