On November 11, 2024, L&T Technology Services, announced that it had finalised an agreement to acquire Intelliswift. This acquisition aims to enhance its capabilities in areas such as Software Product Development, Platform Engineering, Digital Integration, and Data and AI.
Intelliswift serves four of the top five hyperscalers and works with over 25 Fortune 500 companies, including five of the top 10 ER&D spenders in software and technology.
Through this acquisition, L&T Technology Services (LTTS) will expand its reach into adjacent markets such as retail, fintech, and the private equity sector.
This move will significantly enhance LTTS’ AI and software capabilities within its Digital Engineering suite, benefiting global clients.
In its second-quarter results for fiscal 2025, the company reported a 2% growth in consolidated net profit, totalling ₹320 crore for the quarter ending September 2024, up from ₹315 crore in the same period last year.
On November 12, 2024, L&T Technology Services share price traded 3.89% higher at ₹5,310. It opened at ₹5,157.00 and touched the day high of ₹5,335.00 at 10:30 AM, on NSE.
