Lemon Tree Hotels Has Signed Two License Agreements For Hotel Properties in Mussoorie and Varanasi

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed agreements for two new properties, one in Mussoorie, Uttrakhand, and the other in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced two major signings in India. The new properties include Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Mussoorie and Lemon Tree Hotel in Varanasi. Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The Mussoorie property is expected to open in FY26, while the Varanasi property is slated for operation by FY28.

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels: A New Destination in Mussoorie

The Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, located on Kempty Road in Mussoorie, is designed to offer a comfortable and luxurious stay with 47 well-appointed rooms. The hotel will also feature a restaurant, rooftop lounge, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool, fitness centre, and other public areas. Situated 69 km from the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun and 44 km from the Dehradun Railway Station, the hotel offers convenient access for travellers.

Lemon Tree Hotel: A Step Forward in Varanasi’s Hospitality Scene

Lemon Tree Hotel in Varanasi will be another significant addition to the hospitality landscape, featuring 65 well-appointed rooms. The hotel will offer a range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet, meeting room, bar, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, and other public areas. Conveniently located 18 km from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport and 16 km from Varanasi Railway Station, the hotel is well-connected by road. This property is set to cater to both business and leisure travellers visiting one of India’s most historic and vibrant cities.
