Lemon Tree Hotels to Launch Keys Prima in Kota by FY 2025

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Kota. Managed by Carnations Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, the hotel is slated to open in FY 2025.

Kota, located along the Chambal River in Rajasthan, is a city renowned for its rich blend of historical charm and modern vibrancy. Known as the “Coaching Capital of India,” Kota attracts many students who are preparing for competitive exams. Beyond its educational significance, Kota is also celebrated for its stunning forts, serene palaces, and lively markets, offering a unique mix of academic focus and Rajasthani cultural experiences.

The Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Kota will feature 58 elegantly designed rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other amenities. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 2 kilometres from Kota Airport, 10 kilometres from Kota Junction Railway Station, and 246 kilometres from Jaipur International Airport. It is also well-connected by road for both public and private transportation.
