Low Price Stocks Locked in Upper Circuit Today, 4 July, 2023

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading flat with Sensex down around 23 points or 0.03% at 65,182.79 and the Nifty trading down by 18 points or 0.10% at 19,304.60. About 1,382 shares have advanced, 1,579 declined, and 123 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers on BSE Sensex Index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Bajaj Finance Ltd, Bajaj FinServ Ltd and Titan India Ltd, whereas the top Sensex losers were NTPC Ltd, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Industries Ltd. 

The BSE Consumer Durables Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Telecommunication Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Consumer Durables Index soared 0.59%, led by Titan India Ltd and Dixon Technologies Ltd while the BSE Telecommunication Index was down 0.57% dragged down by Bharti Airtel Ltd and Sterlite Technologies Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the red, with the BSE Mid-cap index down 0.19% and the BSE Small-cap index down 0.08%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Kansai Nerolac Ltd and Endurance Technologies Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Power Mech Projects Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd, Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd and Tanla Platforms Ltd.
