Watch out for these low-priced stocks that were locked in the upper circuit today!

On Wednesday, the benchmark indices were trading flat with Sensex down around 52 points or 0.09% at 63,092 and the Nifty trading up by 7 points or 0.03% at 18,723. About 2,016 shares have advanced, 1,281 declined, and 139 are unchanged on the BSE.  

Top gainers and losers on BSE Sensex Index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Tata Steel Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd and Power Grid Corporation of India whereas the top Sensex losers were Bajaj Finance Ltd, Bajaj FinServ Ltd and Bharti Airtel Ltd.   

The BSE Metals Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE IT Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Metals Index soared 1.50%, led by APL Apollo Tubes Ltd and JSW Steel Ltd while the BSE IT Index was down 0.60% dragged down by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and Schaeffler India Ltd.    

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.16% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.46%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Gland Pharma Ltd and Vodafone Idea Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Sangam (India) Ltd and Heranba Industries Ltd.  

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Vodafone Idea Ltd, KEC International Ltd and Indus Towers Ltd.  

On June 14, the below-listed low-price stocks were locked in the upper circuit. Keep a watch on them for further movements.
