Watch out for these low-priced stocks that were locked in the upper circuit today!

On Thursday, the benchmark indices were trading in trading with Sensex up around 39 points or 0.0.7% at 63,287 and the Nifty trading up by 27 points or 0.14% at 18,783. About 2,066 shares have advanced, 1,177 declined, and 140 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on BSE Sensex Index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and HCL Technologies Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Infosys, Power Grid Corporation of India and IndusInd Bank. 

The BSE Healthcare Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Teck Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Healthcare Index soared 1.14%, led by Bajaj Healthcare Ltd and Poly Medicure Ltd while the BSE Teck Index was down 0.35% dragged down by Infosys Ltd, Tata Communications Ltd and Wipro Ltd. 

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.59% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.56%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were SJVN Ltd and IDFC First Cry Bank while the top small-cap gainers were Aurionpro Solutions Ltd and Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Brightcom Group Ltd, PNC Infratech Ltd and Suprajit Engineering Ltd.
