Manorama Industries Ltd announced on July 1, 2024, through a stock exchange filing, the commencement of commercial production at their new state-of-the-art fractionation plant. This facility boasts a substantial capacity of 25,000 tonnes per annum (TPA), effectively increasing the company’s total fractionation input capacity to 40,000 TPA.

This development marks a significant enhancement in Manorama Industries’ capabilities in the manufacturing of Cocoa Butter Equivalent (CBE) and exotic speciality fats and butters. By expanding its fractionation capacity, the company aims to strengthen its global market position and effectively meet growing industry demands.

The added capacity is expected to bolster production output and contribute significantly to the company’s top-line growth and profitability in the foreseeable future. This strategic expansion underscores Manorama Industries’ commitment to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of its customers in the fats and butters segment.

Commenting on this significant development, the President of Manorama Industries, Mr Ashish Saraf, said, “We are delighted to announce the start of commercial operations at our new fractionation plant, which has an annual production capacity of 25,000 tonnes. This expansion has significantly increased our total fractionation input capacity, reaching 40,000 TPA in line with our planned schedule.”
