On September 7, 2024, Salesforce, the leading CRM provider, announced a strategic partnership with Monte Carlo, a well-known fashion brand. 

 

The goal of this collaboration is to boost Monte Carlo’s customer engagement across various platforms as the brand shifts from being recognised mainly for winter wear to becoming a year-round favourite among consumers in India’s fashion market.

 

Monte Carlo’s decision to use Salesforce CRM is in line with its goal of becoming a digital-first, data-driven company that uses advanced technology to improve customer experiences. Through Salesforce, Monte Carlo aims to gain a complete, 360-degree view of its customers across online and offline platforms. 

 

By adopting Salesforce Data Cloud, the company can unify customer data, improving efficiency across all communication channels for a more streamlined and effective approach.

 

Monte Carlo is also using Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer service throughout the entire shopping experience, from before purchase to after-sales support. Additionally, the brand is introducing a personalised loyalty program that goes beyond the usual points-based system, offering a unique and rewarding experience to strengthen customer loyalty.
