The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, June 19, 2023:     

The Sensex and Nifty both experienced a surge of 0.73% each. Nifty Midcap witnessed a surge of 0.66%, reaching its highest level ever, while Nifty Smallcap surged by 0.98%, reaching its highest point in the past 52 weeks. 

Nifty Bank, Nifty Financial Services, and Nifty PSU Bank stood out as the top gainers, whereas Nifty IT and Nifty Realty were among the top losers. Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Life, and SBI Life were prominent gainers, while TCS, Bajaj Auto, and Wipro were among the notable losers. 

Rollatainers Limited – The stock exhibited a powerful breakout both in terms of price and volume, as it rallied and hit the upper circuit limit of 20%, reaching an intraday high of Rs 1.50 per share on NSE. This surge in price was accompanied by a significant increase in trading volume. Rollatainers Ltd provides integrated packaging solutions, with business in research, manufacturing and marketing of lined and mono cartons and packaging machines. 

Atlanta Limited –There was substantial buying activity observed in the stock, leading to the stock surging and getting at 10% upper circuit band, to trade at an intraday high of Rs 15.55 per share on NSE. This surge in price was accompanied by a significant increase in trading volume for the stock. Atlanta Ltd is a construction company, primarily engaged in the business of infrastructure development, engineering, procurement and construction contracts. 

Ambica Agarbathies Aroma & Industries– The counter experienced a notable increase in buying interest as the scrip zoomed and got locked at 20% upper circuit level, reaching an intraday high of Rs 40 per share on NSE. This surge in price was accompanied by a significant rise in trading volume for the scrip. Ambica Agarbathies & Aroma Industries Limited manufactures and sells incense sticks in India. The company owns farmland with a resort clubhouse and health centre and is also involved in film production and distribution activities.
