Share Market Pre Open Updates – July 10, 2024

On July 9, 2024, the Nifty 50 rose 0.46% and closed at 24,433, and the Sensex increased by 0.49%, closing at 80,351. 

Top Gainers and Losers

On the sectoral front, Nifty Consumer Durables, Nifty Pharma, Nifty PSU Bank and Nifty Realty ended in the green. Meanwhile, Nifty IT and Nifty Oil and Gas were declining. The top gainers were Maruti, Adani Power, Bosch Ltd and Divis Labs, which showed positive movement. On the other hand, IRFC, HAL, IRCTC and Bajaj Holdings were the top losers of the day.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd and Keystone Realtors were in the news on July 9, 2024.

• ICICI Lombard rose 2% yesterday to ₹1,875, nearing its 52-week high of ₹1,877. This comes after ICICI recorded strong premium collections for June General Insurance data.
• Keystone Realtors jumped 6% yesterday after it reported a 22% growth in pre-sales for the quarter ended June 2024.
