On July 25, 2024, Benchmark indices Nifty and Sensex traded slightly lower after recovering most of their earlier losses, marking the fifth consecutive session of declines. At the close, Nifty was down by 0.03% at 24,406, and Sensex was down by 0.08% at 80,084. 

Top Gainers and Losers

Sector-wise, Nifty Oil and Gas, Nifty Auto, Nifty Pharma, and Nifty Media showed gains, while Nifty Private Bank, Nifty Consumer Durables, Nifty Realty, and Nifty Bank experienced declines. Tata Motors, ONGC, BPCL, and SBI Life were the top gainers. Meanwhile, Axis Bank, Nestle India, ICICI Bank, and Titan were the top losers.
