On May 29, 2024, Ramco Systems Limited announced that its subsidiary, Ramco Systems Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia has entered into a strategic partnership with Ramsol Group Berhad, a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and technology provider and a wholly-owned subsidiary of RAMS Solutions Sdn Bhd.

As part of the strategic partnership, Ramssol will distribute, resell, and implement Ramco’s enterprise applications throughout Southeast Asia (SEA), which includes the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam. Ramco Payce, which was just introduced and is powered by AI and machine learning, will be implemented by Ramssol.
