Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) primarily operates five-star and four-star hotels, resorts, and boutique accommodations, boasting over 100 properties across India. Its flagship brand, Regenta, encompasses a diverse range of categories, including Regenta Central, Regenta Resort, Regenta Place, and Regenta Inn, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Recently, Royal Orchid Hotels announced the signing of a new Regenta property in Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra.
The new establishment will feature 36 studio rooms, 13 one-bedroom units, and 11 two-bedroom units, all offering breathtaking views of the picturesque Mulshi Lake.
Amenities will include meeting spaces, a fully equipped gym, an all-day dining restaurant, and a bar serving a variety of international cuisines and local specialities. Additionally, the hotel will provide indoor games and recreational activities such as bird watching, trekking, and riverbed swimming, enhancing the leisure travel experience in the area.

Royal Orchid Hotels reported impressive growth in Q2 FY25. Standalone revenue rose to ₹51.94 crore, up from ₹45.50 crore in Q2 FY24, indicating a significant year-on-year increase. EBITDA also saw a 14% rise, reaching ₹16.02 crore, while PAT improved notably to ₹6.20 crore, compared to ₹4.93 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earnings per share rose to ₹2.26 from ₹1.80, while consolidated revenue grew 12% YoY to ₹78.32 crore in Q2 FY24. EBITDA increased marginally to ₹19.36 crore from ₹18.94 crore, but PAT declined to ₹7.52 crore due to higher depreciation and finance costs under IND-AS 116 adjustments.
At 1:09 PM, the share price of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. traded at ₹352.00 on the NSE, up more than 2%.
