Saatvik Solar, one of the biggest solar manufacturers in India has signed an agreement with G2H Solar to supply 200 MW of high-efficiency solar photovoltaic (PV) modules for renewable energy projects across India. The delivery of these advanced modules, featuring Mono PERC bifacial half-cut technology with power ratings of 540Wp and 550Wp, is set to begin in January 2025 and will continue over a 12-month period until January 2026.
The collaboration is all about delivering performance. Saatvik’s solar modules are designed to withstand diverse climatic conditions while maximizing energy output. These modules will fuel various solar projects across India, supporting the nation’s growing appetite for clean energy.
G2H Solar, known for its focus on green hydrogen production, is venturing deeper into sustainable energy solutions with this partnership. The alliance aims to strengthen the renewable energy sector by combining Saatvik’s cutting-edge solar tech with G2H’s plans to take up clean energy projects.
This isn’t Saatvik Solar’s first major contract. In October 2024, they landed a 200 MW order with Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited to supply N-TOPCon solar modules, valued at Rs.3.02 billion. Earlier in 2024, they signed an MoU with Enrich Energy for another 200 MW. Saatvik’s growing portfolio of large-scale projects shows their role as a positioned player in India’s solar market.
With a production capacity of 3.8 GW (and 2 GW more on the way), Saatvik is positioning itself as a leader in the solar space. Collaborations like this don’t just bring in business, they strengthen India’s push toward renewable energy goals.
Conclusion: In conclusion, this partnership showcases the importance of advanced solar tech in driving sustainable growth. As the country sets up its clean energy transition, Saatvik Solar continues to deliver solutions that power both efficiency and progress.
