SBI Mutual Fund has launched a new NFO, the SBI Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP)-Series 91 (90 Days). This close-ended income scheme aims to provide regular income and capital growth with limited interest rate risk. The NFO is open for subscription from December 26, 2023, to December 28, 2023, with a minimum subscription amount of Rs 5,000.

The scheme endeavours to provide regular income and capital growth with limited interest rate risk to the investors through investments in a portfolio comprising debt instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.

The NFO of SBI Fixed Maturity Plan possesses low-interest rate risk but relatively high credit risk as per the scheme document.

Each Scheme viz. SBI Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) – Series 91 to 95 (…. Days/Months), will have a separate portfolio. The exact tenure of each scheme will range between 30 Days to 140 Months from the date of allotment and will be decided at the time of the launch.

The decision to start any or all of the series mentioned in the SBI Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) – Series 91 to 95 is up to AMC’s Managing Director and CEO. However, if there are tough market conditions, low demand, or unexpected issues, AMC can choose not to launch some series. In such cases, they have the option to launch the same series on the next scheduled day.

The launch dates of the series under the scheme will be informed from time to time.
