On Monday, Shreeji Translogistics surged by 14.26% to Rs 76, from its previous closing of Rs 66.51 on the BSE.

Shreeji Translogistics (STL) has successfully executed Railway Rake Handling & Shifting (H&S) and Transportation services into different locations namely Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Bhilai (Chhattisgarh), Haridwar (Uttarakhand).

This reflects STL’s commitment to providing comprehensive and timely solutions for efficient handling and upliftment of steel materials from railway sidings. STL has extensive PAN India reach to this service, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accessibility across the nation.

Earlier, the company reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. Revenue from operations rose by 32.99% YoY to Rs 65.45 crore in Q2FY24. EBITDA grew by 43.06% YoY to Rs 8.21 crore. Net profit rose by 67.03% YoY to Rs 4.85 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 12.55% compared to 11.67% from previous year’s corresponding quarter.

Incorporated in 1984, STL provides logistics services. The company is headquartered in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and is engaged in freight management, logistic solutions, and warehousing services. It caters a range of logistical requirements from Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) movement to bonded trucking movements. The various types of services provided by the Company include full truck load transport services (FTL), parcel and part truck load services/ less than truck load (LTL), import-export services and ODC services.

Today, the stock closed at 71.63, up by 7.70% from its previous closing. The scrip opened at Rs 67.89 and has touched a high and low of Rs 76.00 and Rs 67.02 respectively. The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs 2 has a 52-week high and low of Rs 94.63 and Rs 52.40, respectively. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 76.35 and Rs 65.22 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 375.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.64% and 26.66% respectively.
