On September 25, 2024, Shriram Properties Ltd (SPL), a major real estate developer in South India, announced the launch of a new project called ‘Codename – Pudhiya Chennai’.
This apartment project is located in the lively Thirumazhisai area of Chennai, which is part of the fast-developing West Chennai corridor. RERA approves the project and has a total saleable area of 1.1 million square feet, with an expected revenue potential of around ₹550-600 crore.
