On October 22, 2024, Adani Green Energy reported its quarter ended September 30, 2024 financial results and the company recorded a 38% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue, reaching ₹3,055 crore. EBITDA rose by 30% to ₹2,205 crore, while net profit increased by 39% to ₹515 crore.

  • Zomato 

On Tuesday, Zomato reported its quarter-ended September 30, 2024 financial results. The company’s consolidated revenue surged 68.5% year-on-year to ₹4,799 crore, with net profit soaring by 388.88% to ₹176 crore. The company also approved a fundraising of up to ₹8,500 crore via QIP.

  • Bajaj Finance

Bajaj Finance also announced its quarter-ended September 30, 2024, financial results on Tuesday. The company reported a 27.72% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue, amounting to ₹17,095 crore, with net profit rising by 13.03% to ₹4,014 crore. Net interest income grew by 23% to ₹8,838 crore, while assets under management (AUM) increased by 29% to ₹3.73 lakh crore.

  • Reliance Industries

The Competition Commission of India has approved the merger between Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and Disney, with conditions, including a restriction on bundling TV ad slot sales for IPL, ICC, and BCCI cricket rights until current agreements expire.

  • Bharti Airtel

The Competition Commission of India has given the green light for Bharti Airtel to increase its stake in Indus Towers, following a share buyback by the telecom infrastructure company.

  • Persistent Systems 

Persistent Systems announced its quarter ended September 30, 2024, financial results and posted a consolidated revenue growth of 5.84%, reaching ₹2,897 crore, with net profit increasing by 6.2% to ₹325 crore.

  • Indus Towers

In the quarter ended September 30, 2024 financial results, Indus Towers reported a 4.66% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue, amounting to ₹7,465 crore, while net profit surged by 71.79% to ₹2,223 crore.
