  • Hindustan Unilever 

On Wednesday, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) announced its quarter ended September 30, 2024, financial results. In Q2 FY25, the company reported a 1.93% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated revenue to ₹15,926 crore. However, Net profit dropped by 2.33% to ₹2,595 crore. Despite the decrease in profit, HUL announced an interim dividend of ₹29 per share. The board also approved the separation of its ice cream segment due to its limited contribution to profitability.

  • AU Small Finance Bank

On Wednesday, AU Small Finance Bank announced its quarter ended September 30, 2024, financial results. The bank’s net interest income (NII) surged 58% YoY to ₹1,974 crore in Q2 FY25, while net profit rose by 42.2% YoY to ₹571 crore. Gross NPA stood at 1.98%, up from 1.78% in the previous quarter.

  • Piramal Enterprises

Piramal Enterprises reported its quarter ended September 30, 2024, financial results on Wednesday. The company’s consolidated total income grew by 7.7% YoY to ₹2,375 crore in Q2 FY25, with net profit increasing to ₹163 crore from ₹48.2 crore in the same period last year.

  • MAS Financial Services

MAS Financial Services announced its financial results for Q2 FY 2025 on Wednesday. In Q2 FY25, MAS Financial Services saw a 27.6% YoY rise in net profit to ₹76.6 crore, while total income increased by 23.8% YoY to ₹367 crore.

  • Power Grid Corp

On Wednesday, the board of Power Grid Corp approved an investment of ₹284 crore in the Rajasthan Transmission System Project.

  • KEC International

KEC International secured an order worth ₹1,142 crore for transmission and distribution projects in the Middle East and America.

  • Escorts Kubota

Sona BLW signed an agreement to acquire the railways equipment division of Escorts Kubota for ₹1,600 crore.
