Vodafone plans to sell a 3% stake in Indus Towers to clear its ₹856 crore debt and address outstanding dues for Vodafone Idea. The deal, valued at approximately ₹2,841 crore, is based on Indus Towers’ closing price of ₹358.75 per share on the BSE on Wednesday.
L&T has completed acquiring a 15% stake in E2E Networks Limited through a preferential allotment on December 4, 2024. The company is also set to acquire an additional 6% stake from the promoter by May 30, 2025.
