  • Age is below 21 or above 60 as of July 1, 2024.
  • Receiving ₹1,500 or more monthly from any state or central government scheme.
  • Family members are employed in any government position.
  • Family income exceeds ₹2.5 lakh per annum.
  • Ownership of a four-wheeler motor vehicle or significant agricultural land.
