The benchmark index S&P BSE 500 opened today at 26,784.44 and made its day high at 26,821.08 and it is trading in red, down by more than 0.60%.

Shares of Vodafone Idea Limited were trading today with an up move by more than 4.15% on BSE. The scrip closed on Thursday at Rs 7.95 and opened today at Rs 8.03 a piece. Shares touched their day high at Rs 8.43 after the surge. The 52-week high of the stock stood at Rs 10.08, whereas the 52-week low is Rs 5.70. Presently, promoters hold a 50.36% stake in the company whereas, the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 36.62% and 13.44%, respectively.                                            

Another top player today is JBM Auto Limited. Shares were trading today with an up move by more than 4.40% on BSE today. The stock opened today at Rs 1,499.95 a piece and touched a fresh 52-week high today at Rs 1,588.00. The 52-week low stood at Rs 361.70. Presently, promoters hold 67.53% stake in the company, whereas the institutional and non-institutional holdings are 1.75% and 30.72%, respectively.                   

One more top gainer today which shot up by more than 4.5% is Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited. The stock opened at Rs 164.50 and touched its day high today at Rs 168.30 after the surge. On Thursday the shares closed at Rs 158.70 a piece. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 173.60 whereas the 52-week low stood at Rs 91.80. The institutional and non-institutional holdings are 34.65% and 65.35%, respectively.
