Godrej Consumer Products Limited: The company reported a 10% YoY growth in consolidated sales of Rs 3,172 crore for Q4FY23, driven by volume growth of 6% and constant currency growth of 14%. The India business sales grew by 12% YoY led by volume growth of 11%, while Indonesia sales grew by 8% in INR and 5% in constant currency terms. Personal care and home care categories reported double-digit growth, while the Africa, USA and Middle East cluster delivered high single-digit sales growth.
Hero MotoCorp Limited: The company’s electric mobility brand, VIDA, has set a new Guinness World Records title for the greatest distance covered on an electric scooter in 24 hours. The VIDA V1 ran non-stop for 24 hours, achieving a distance of 1,780 km, beating the existing record by nearly 350 km. The VIDA V1’s performance and endurance have established it as a robust product that can perform in any environment, as VIDA plans to increase its presence to 100 cities within the calendar year 2023.
Cera Sanitaryware Limited: The board of company has recommended a dividend of Rs 50/- (1000%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 5/- for the year ended 31.03.2023. The company has also announced a capital expenditure of Rs. 29 crore towards automation and balancing equipment of sanitaryware and faucetware plants, IT updation, staff quarters, CERA Style Studio and other routine Capex.
