Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 10 October, 2023

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with the Sensex up around 369 points or 0.56% at 65,879 and the Nifty-50 up around 104 points or 0.53% at 19,616. About 2,501 shares have advanced, 782 declined, and 146 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Asian Paints Ltd, Tata Consultancy Ltd and IndusInd Bank.

The BSE Realty Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Healthcare Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Realty Index soared 3.28% led by DLF Ltd and The Phoenix Mills Ltd while the BSE Healthcare Index was down 0.01% dragged down by Sigachi Industries Ltd and Gufic Biosciences Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.78% and the BSE Small-cap index up 1.12%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Avantel Ltd and GMDC Ltd.
