Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 11 July, 2024

On Thursday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 82 points or 0.10% at 80,000, while the Nifty-50 was up around 25 points or 0.10% at 24,350. About 2,113 shares have advanced; 982 declined and 111 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were Tata Motors Ltd, Tata Steel Ltd and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd while the top Sensex losers were HDFC Bank, Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Nestle India Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the green with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.63% and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.66%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Yes Bank and New India Assurance Company Ltd. In contrast, HPL Electric & Power Ltd and Faze Three Ltd were the top small-cap gainers.

The BSE Metals Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Metals Index gained by 0.95%, up by Coal India Ltd and Tata Steel Ltd while the BSE Realty Index plunged by 0.20%, down by Macrotech Developers Ltd and Sobha Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, Balu Forge Industries Ltd and Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.
