Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 12 June, 2024

On Wednesday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 420 points or 0.55% at 76,865, while the Nifty-50 was up around 134 points or 0.57% at 23,400. About 2,682 shares have advanced; 921 declined and 138 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were Tata Motors Ltd, Bajaj Finance Ltd and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd while the top Sensex losers were Nestle India Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd and Titan Company Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the green with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.90% and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.96%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd and Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. In contrast, Asian Granto Ltd and Dredging Corporation of India Ltd were the top small-cap gainers.

The BSE Oil & Gas Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE FMCG Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Oil & Gas Index gained by 1.55%, up by Gail (India) Ltd and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd while the BSE FMCG Index plunged by 0.15%, down by Marico Ltd and Heritage Foods Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Om Infra Ltd, Ador Welding Ltd and Reliance Power Ltd.
